This is the desk I used in my first foray into 3D design.
While the world would probably be a better place if that project
is never played again, most of the environmental modeling for
the project wasnt bad... The wooden desk surface is polygon,
but the rest of the chair and metalwork is all nurbs based. The
classroom death gray tiles are taken from a photograph,
and the rest of the textures are either 3D textures generated
within Softimage, or simply material values with reflection. The
original project had 25 of these stupid desks, and took FOREVER
to render...
